BEGINNING YOGA & all ability levels
Suitable for most students, including beginning students or if you are ready to restart your practice. Learn fundamental yoga poses and breath work. Introduction to weaving Yoga poses together into a flow style format. Release tension, awaken vitality, build strength and increase flexibility. You will feel centered, relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of class.
YOGA FLOW or Vinyasa Yoga
This class is suitable for most ability levels and intermediate students.
In this class we connect Yoga poses into a flow style format. You will be moving into the poses and holding them with awareness of the flow of your breath. This class gives you a complete body workout and has the options of back bends and inversions. The room temperature is at about 80Fahrenheit. If you like Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga than you will like this class. Come prepared; eat light and hydrate well before class. Bring a towel and water bottle. Be prepared to sweat!
Enliven all your energy systems, feel rejuvenated, lighter and incredibly relaxed at the end of class.
